Questions

If a soul chooses to devote his efforts to comforting and consoling the Sacred Heart by making reparation to It, where does that soul’s own personal wants and needs factor in? If I am going through some great trial or hardship and enter the church to pray, should I spend that time comforting the Sacred Heart in the Blessed Sacrament and forgo petitions for assistance with my trial? If I stand in need of some grace or virtue, should I offer my Holy Communion for that intention or remain focused on making a Holy Communion of reparation?

  1. The being there with our Lord Jesus making reparations would give one benefit for their soul even if not known at the time. Even in the midst of one’s storm, Jesus knows. The love for His Sacred Heart is greater than the petitions we have on the tips of our tongue. We trust Him. We serve Him. We love Him. JMJ
